The stay here was warm for 2 or 3 nights. The hotel had a very central location and it was so close to Kunsthalle Art Museum.

Brilliant and favourable location in Kiel, adjacent to the old botanic gardens in the University quarter and a nice restaurant and the center of the town. Also, within walking distance of the main shopping areas...

Clean and wonderful hotel, views are exceptionally good, location is stunning very near to the city center. The rooms are tidy and new-fashioned with a private safe, multi-channel TV and a refrigerator.

No air conditioning or temperature control in the room. Small and expensive parking.

The quietness and the location.

The room was a bit too small. We stay at this hotel several times per year, but still we have to register address etc. every time we arrive. This is strange in these computer times.

Appreciated the location walking distance to shopping and food, as well as the cruise ship pier.

Very central location, at a medium distance from Holstenstrasse. Good breakfast for all tastes with croissants and juices, for instance:)))

Evening female restaurant staff rude and lazy. We had a family dinner the first night including 12 people. Despite being quiet the staff were obviously upset at having to cater for so many and were rude to the point of insolence. We didn't eat there again.

This hotel is located in a quiet area close to the city center. I loved that it was within walking distance of almost everything, making it easy to get around without worrying about transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also great and set me up for a good day.

Nothing it is perfect.

Location next to the wharf was a big plus. It was very easy to get to our cruise ship.

It was very hot during our stay so the lack of airconditioning in the rooms was a big negative. There was a scale for weighing yourself in the room, but no fan. This does not make any sense when it is 37 degrees C! When we asked for a fan we were told there were no fans and no AC available throughout the hotel. Friends however, who were booked on the same cruise the next day, told us they were given a portable AC unit to put in their room. When we asked for one we were told they had all been distributed. Bad for business. A hotel of this class and price range should have AC in the rooms. And .. include breakfast because 17 Euro per person is quite frankly unrealistic. Therefore, we only recommend this hotel for its location.

The price of the car park and the fact I wasn't made aware of it.

The hotel is well situated in a central area with a great restaurant and in close proximity to the pedestrian zone. The room and bathroom were clean and well-furnished, with all necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and ready to assist. The breakfast was delicious with a range of options.

The air conditioning is outdated and does not function properly, resulting in an uncomfortably hot room.

Location, the hotel was great and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

Cost of room service is too high.
